When will I receive my order?

Unless clearly stated otherwise on our website's homepage, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. If you choose the lowest cost shipping method at checkout (USPS First Class Shipping), you should receive your package within 2-3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email. 

  

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our earrings are finished with either gold-plated or sterling silver posts with aluminum/PVC push backs. Earrings with hooks include sterling silver or 14kt gold-filled hardware. 

 

How should I care for my earrings?

Polymer clay is a very durable material. To maintain the longevity of your earrings, try not to bend them or wear them in water. For the polymer components, clean with a damp cloth/ q-tip dipped in acetone if the earrings are matte. If the earring has a shiny coating, only use a cloth/ q-tip with a little water to clean.

Starting in July 2020, we began double reinforcing our posts as to ensure that the post never pops off. If you purchased earrings before July 2020 and the post has popped off, please Contact Us and we will replace your earrings for free :)

Brass components may naturally tarnish over time if exposed to water and oils from the skin. To clean the brass pieces, use a soft jewelry cloth and/or tarnish remover.

  

Do you make clip-ons?

Yes! If you prefer clip-on backs, please let us know when checking out in the area circled below. Keep in mind that if the post base of the earring is smaller than .5 inch, we will adjust the design to accommodate the clip on.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment, but it is something we hope to integrate into our business in the future. 
  

Do you except returns or exchanges?

No, we do not except returns or exchanges. However, if you lose or damage your jewelry, we will happily replace or fix them. Please read our Shop Policies for more info regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged earrings.
